I thought all new threads without replies were hidden from the recent posts lists, but now that this thread has a reply but is still hidden like my own thread at https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/review-estimated-rating-not-showing-anymore, I don't know.
Edit: my thread is now no longer hidden but I still don't see this one. *Shrugs*
