Although I didn't read the entire mile long thread, many people have evidently complained and the staff has responded that they are working on fixes.
Someone else has reported this. I'm trying to replicate for you :)
Does this happen on every puzzle or just some?

UPDATE: I had broken 1800 before and this didn't happen. So it just was a coincidence that i broke 1800 the time the bug appeared. I am getting problems my level, but I only gain or lose at most 9 instead of at most 16 as it was before.

OK so I am doing Tactics Trainer (3 problems per day) since i joined chess.com and i have noticed that for 100% I was gaining about +15 (+14 to +16) Suddenly, after I (Finally!) broke 1800 my 100% gain is only sth like +8 at the most. Why is this happening? Is it normal? is it like K factor on FIDE ratings, where after you break 2400 it remains at 10?
