issue with sound from coach explanations

I’ve recently got diamond and when using game review, the coach comment shows but never with sound. I am playing on iPad and wonder if this may be the case or is there a way to get the explanations out loud?

If you're on the app I don't think it has that feature yet

I have a desktop. Since a few days no sound of the coach game review.

I’ve tried everything I can think of, two different PCs, Windows 10 / 11, different Browsers, Permissions, nothing works. I looked for errors in the browser Dev tools, nothing. I changed settings on Chesscom, no go.

The only clue I have is the last few days the coach voice was stuttering and halting, a page refresh usually cured it, but now nothing cures it.

I think tomorrow I’m going to try some tests from outside my home network.

Yes.

It's in All Settings > Coach.

I did manage to catch a message in the browser Dev tools....

I do have this feature switched "on", but this afternoon, it seems to have stopped working. Any thoughts on why?

Same here, my problem started today, along with others reporting the same problem in this forum post

The Chesscom dev team are some sharp individuals. I'm sure they will get it working again for us soon.
