Live ches

On live chess when I enter a game it states " undefined has offered a draw accept/decline and I can't play

Which browser and version are you using?

I can play the tactics trainer part.. Have been playing on this site for years and it only happened 3 days ago where it won't play or should I say, about 2 minutes per move on live chess 

Thanks, I'll investigate this end to see if we can see whats causing this. In the meantime, is there any chance you could update your browser to version 7 or 8 ?

That would be great! I miss playing.. HOw do I update versions?

At the top of your browser where it shows 'Help' click on that. If I remember correctly there should be an option to 'check for updates'.
