It means that you have a account open perhaps on another computer or another tab under your account playing. Make sure all of them are closed if you do that and it still dose not work i would contact the staff/

Hi, i tried to restart and relog several times but still it says that another login detected. I've noticed its hapenning today with many live chess users. Online chess is ok. Need to contact with chess.com staff urgently.
