Login problem at chess.com site

I am logged into my app. I also use this chess.com site for things are not able to do through the app. After entering my password I hit enter and have hit login and nothing happens. Please help!

Have you tried clearing your cache and disabling any extensions? The screen just gets stuck loading when you try to login, correct?

Type "chrome://extensions" in your URL bar and see if you have any running. You can disable them all and try to login, or disable them one by one and refresh the page. It's possible some rogue extension is interfering with your ability to log in.
