So I'm not sure if this the right place to post this but whatever. At least five times now games have been lost after an opponent appears to be using time but it says that I lost on time.
Seeing as it's blitz this normally doesn't bother me, but just a few minutes ago it said that I lost a game by resignation (when to me it looked like my opponent was just wasting time).
That is just ridiculous and clearly something needs to be fixed, whether this is on my end or Ches.com's I have no idea.
Here is the game: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=419778327 (yes you saw that right, 1200 in blitz, 1900 in online, I don't get it either)
anybody interested can join the tournament at http://www.chess.com/tournament/league-fight by coping and pasting it on the top
Gee thanks for the spam, you just made it more likely that I will never get an answer too.
What browser/operating system are you using?
That happend to me before It says connecting to server Check your communication that is your problem i think
Firefox, windows 7.
And there was no disconnect, I've learned by now that if you disconnect reloading the page is needed to make sure everything works. However this instance after the time was ticking for the other guy I reloaded (just to be safe), and it said that he won by resignation.
