Losing rating points due to connection timeout

It seems kind of unfair to lose rating points due to connection loss, especially if it's in the first few moves or so, especially when chess.com servers are very overloaded, so it falls on whover has the move at the time of the failure. Maybe chess.com should extend the number of moves in which a game will be aborted, maybe to something like 5 moves instead of just the first move?

If you lost points due to a database overload, you can open a ticket with support, with links to the game(s) and they should be able to refund rating.

I love that I had just started a match with an opponent 70 below my elo. The server crashes 30 seconds into the match. I am waiting the entire time, and then it reconnects at 29 seconds for me, and immediately abandons the match. Every day I am losing like 3-4 matches because of this. My rating has tanked like 150 just in 4 days.
