You can open a ticket but be aware you are only allowed to have one chess.com account; multiple accounts are against the TOS.

If you look on your settings, it will show a part of the address. It may be enough to figure it out. Though, unless you have all your email alerts off, you should be receiving some emails from the site so that would tell you which address it is.
I no longer have access to my email account for my more active chess.com account and cannot send my forgot password email to it because it no longer exists. How can I get into my account?
