marked as abandoned

Hello Chess.com Support Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding one of my recent games.

During the game, I briefly switched tabs for only a few seconds to open YouTube. As soon as I heard the move sound notification indicating that my opponent had already made their move, I immediately returned to the Chess.com tab to continue playing. However, when I came back, the game had already been marked as abandoned and I was declared lost.

I believe this was a system error, as I did not leave the game for a long period of time and fully intended to continue the match. The tab was only inactive for a very short moment.

I would really appreciate it if you could review this game and clarify why it was counted as abandoned, or let me know if there is a specific rule regarding brief tab switching that I might have missed.
