Max Friend Requests now only 4?

The maximum number of pending friend requests one could send used to be 9 or 10, but I only have 4 currently and now I keep getting the "reached maximum number of pending friend requests etc." when I try to send a new friend request. Is this a chess.com bug or was the limit changed?

I don't have screenshots yet, but I could easily get some if this is in fact a chess.com bug.

Pretty sure it's a bug. Some members are getting that message that have no pending requests

Seems fixed for me. I sent one friend request and it worked.
