Mobile App Connection Issues

I have an iPhone X and routinely use the chess.com app, but I consistently experience connection issues, oftentimes worse from WiFi than from cellular data. I will make a move while playing online but it won’t register the move for 10-20 seconds, and since I mostly play blitz, it is maddening. While on cellular I will often just get disconnected despite having 5g full bars. I don’t have this problem with any other app, I don’t understand why it is such a consistent issue with chess.com but it definitely is making me rethink my membership.

Right now the site is experiencing very high loads, so what you're seeing now is likely related to that.

I am sorry, I didn’t realize that my paid membership was free while your product was not working. I look forward to the prorated refund. I will be cancelling my subscription otherwise. I hope the nonpaying members are worth it!
