Mobile app not working on ipad

12.3.1. The latest version. The app was working on the iOS version before that one. It first started not working today. It will bring up the start screen, but after 5 seconds or so the page crashes and brings up my home screen. The weird thing is if I hold the home button to see what apps are running, it shows the chess.com app is open.

At the bottom of the page in the link I just sent to you, there is a way to target exactly what your problem is and contact a support person for help via any way you want to. Phone, email, etc. Chess is life

Have you tried rebooting the tablet?
