I just upgraded from Gold to Platinum, and I want to downgrade back to Gold, with the 30 day money back guarantee. How do I do that?

If you downgrade, there are a couple of options. One, you just do it and any money you put in will extend the amount of time your new premium level will last.

 

If you absolutely want a refund if the upgrade price, you'll need to open a ticket.

They will get with you. It's just taking longer than normal due to increased tickets.

5 Days after contacting member support with still no reply. I must say the support really isn’t great! During times likes this i would imagine to get more help than i am. Once i get my refund i will definitely not be returning as customers clearly don’t come first. If a member support sees this. Please message me to address this

As @Martin_Stahl said, the reason you have not gotten a reply is because of the increase in the amount of tickets sent caused by the pandemic. You realize that support isn't lying back and sitting around? In fact, contrary to what you think, support is working overtime yet they still can't answer all the tickets due to the high amount of new members.
