As @Martin_Stahl said, the reason you have not gotten a reply is because of the increase in the amount of tickets sent caused by the pandemic. You realize that support isn't lying back and sitting around? In fact, contrary to what you think, support is working overtime yet they still can't answer all the tickets due to the high amount of new members.
