I've tried doing that but after filling the form and clicking submit it just disappears and moves me to general support page with some articles. There is no confirmation, no email about the ticket, anything. I hope they got it but the process seems like a dead form with no one getting the feedback.

Hello,
Some time ago I was completely obsessed with getting 50+ score in 5 minutes puzzle rush. I played probably way more than a hundred times and finally got 51 score. I stopped playing it so obsessively after that.
Today I checked my account stats and my high score is listed as 46 even though I got 48/49 scores multiple times before I got to 51. Can you tell me what's going on with that? It was one of my goals to get it so I am very sad to see it gone from the stats.
