I can't help you with your problem but, to the best of my knowledge the only people who are allowed dual accounts are titled players, & Staff and mods......an "official" account, and a "playing account".

Anyone can get an alternate account with staff approval.

Okay so yesterday or 2 days ago I saw an article that said if you have multiple accounts it's a banable offense So I contacted support only spoke with the ai thing and it sayed they will contact me in 1-3 days for an official second account About 20 minutes ago I wanted to play but it was logged off i logged in to my account and it sayed that it's closed The link they gave me doesn't open because I live in iran and you know the internet is not available(they enabled chesscom like a week ago I think) And for some reason the support button is not working perhaps the terrible internet i don't know is there a way someone could help?(im gonna try support if it works) I just feel terrible because I was trying to get an official account but now it just looks like a self report😭
If you look at the account profile, it will give the reason for the closure.

1. Your account seems open.
2. About a year ago I made a second account thinking this one was hacked, turns out it wasn't, I was just special and forgot the password. Anyway, I got permission after I recovered this one (I still had the other one) to have 2 accounts. The way you worded this makes it seem like you don't have 2, so you are probably fine if I didn't get banned for that.

It very well could be that or it could be for other causes. You should have received an email on the address associated with the closed account with your options. One of those is an appeal of the closure. If that was due to multiple accounts only, the process should allow them to give that approval. If it was for a different reason, and the appeal isn’t granted, they won’t reopen the account.
You’ll need to work through that process with Support directly. If you can’t get the Support tool to work, you might try a VPN.
