Yes, I have read that they recognize titles from different countries, just fill this form:

Are there any countries that chess.com doesn't accept NM titles from? Like maybe countries where their very best players are like 700-800 or something but they're so amazed with that playing level that they call them masters? Kind of like a person there might have an IQ of 80 & so they call them a genius because it's so far above their average?

how do i know if this site recognize the israeli title as a vaild NM title to make me eligible for a free membership?
