need help on premium membership

Hello, sorry for posting here. I couldnt get through to support to get a ticket.

I used to subscribe for premium membership when i was in another country many years ago. I stopped subscribing after getting back to my home country.

However, i received many notifications saying that i have 126 usd dollar oustanding to chess.com. here are the details. Can someone explain it to me? and if i resubscribed, am i entitled to the amount due?
