Not able to drag pieces to move

After my first move I am unable to drag pieces to move them.

Which browser are you using? Have you tried using a different one?

There are known issues with Chrome extensions ...

The chess.com toolbar is a browser-specific plug-in.

(In general, if you use google to search for disable browser addons or uninstall browser plugins, you'll find what you need.)

Also, have you tried clearing the browser cache …

I play on an ipad (1) and i van only move by pushing the squares. Dragging doesn't seem to be possible.

Pushing takes a lot of valuable time. Is It possible to change settings to dragging?

Unfortunately because you're using a touch screen device you'll need to click the piece you'd like to move and then the square you'd like to move it to.

Have you tried using our iPad app to see if that helps at all?
