Recently got back onto chess.com and I played a few games. I realised that I was not getting trophies after playing. I tried both 5 minute and 10 minute games and cannot seem to find what is wrong.
There's currently a bug. Staff are aware and working on it.
Why am I still not gaining any trophies I see that other people are getting trophies,is it fixed or what is happening?
I have noticed for a while in the elite League that I receive no trophies and the message is...... it will start when full. However, there is no explanation as to what it means. Until now there are always myriad players in each league.

You're not in any league. You should join: https://www.chess.com/leagues

The recommendation is to leave leagues and rejoin. Then play a game and you should be placed in a working division.

I left and rejoined my division but now I can't join a league because I can't gain trophies
You're not in leagues. You'll need to click Join on the leagues page and then play a game.

I am in crystal league and the same thing happened
Same happens to me, can't. Play in league since I am just 1 of 50.
Im still in the same division that ended December 3 even if I leave and rejoin I'm in the same division what do I do

Did you read the post right above yours? The answer is there...
"Players League" The new players league started at 12pm and the point count is not accurate. It's reading zero when points just already be displaying on the page.

IMO seems like another bug.
Chess player "indet916" hasn't won game recently and yet is ranked 1st place in the chess players league? The Players League started and has all players showing as zeros. "indet916" has three losses today. Why is chess player "indet916" ranked in 1st place Champ Div?

I'm not sure about the placement but ist possible that no one in the division has won any games since it filled.
Yeah, I looked again later and found some members that had won after the reset for sure
I let staff know that division and another I found that's similar.
