Title... Nothing was working today on chess.com during that time period. I first saw that in my notification list my friend posted a new blog about an achievement she got but when I typed "Congrats" hit the post button it showed me a notification that the comment I was trying to post was inappropriate according to chess.com community guidelines. So I thought ok maybe some bug then I tried the full form "Congratulations" And hit post but this time too it showed me the exact same message that it is inappropriate. Then I thought ok fine I'll report this and I reported it then I went back to my notification list and saw that there were new comments on forums I was following I tried opening two of those but no luck. The first forum error notification showed that it has been removed from chess.com but I am sure it hasn't been cuz it was a forum about a competition and I am sure the person who made it wasn't planning on deleting it. Then trying to open the second one I just got redirected to my home screen. I saw that the URL was of the forum I was opening yet that URL landed me on the home screen. Chess.com staff please look into these bugs I just reported 4 of them at once. And thank you for making such an awesome site.
Edit: I just tried to comment on this exact forum and it still again shows me my comment is against guidelines and is inappropriate. I was saying that there is another bug in the drop-down menu while posting this forum. The text had become white on a white background. I was able to read it only after hovering my cursor on the options.

I'm not aware of any site issues recently

Actually, after looking around a bit more, looks like there is a filtering issues going on in some locations. I have asked about it.

Dear Zaruflqbal:     Thank you for sharing that.     I read online news articles from different sites regularly.   And today, I was reading the news on Elon Musk's SpaceX launches.  There's a section on the side of the webpage designed for posting comments on the news article.    I was able to reply to comments from different individuals.    However, there were a couple of instances when my comments were not accepted by the 'Community Guidelines'.    What's interesting is that those two different comments were a 'copy and paste' from other articles I posted them on a month or two ago.    Meaning:    the exact wording of those two comments were already accepted by the 'Community Guidelines' a month or two ago, and I was just trying to 'copy and paste' them onto the Elon Musk's article of today  --  but the 'Community Guidelines' did not accept them!     I thought that to be really strange!    I'm wondering if the 'Community Guidelines' from other sites are somehow connected.

I believe that "community guidelines" issue is fixed now.
