Number of games played when creating Tournement

Hey there
Does anyone know if it has ever been discussed about having an option when creating a tournament that the players need to have played x number of games before they enter?
My chess rating is rubbish and so I enter tournaments with low ratings but they are filled with players that are using new accounts and obviously better than the standard of the tournament.
Was just thinking of a way to stop that happening...

One of the options when setting up tournaments is a minimum number of games but often that's left at the default value of 0.
