As others, I also experience many bugs, my lessons numbers were above 400 and suddenly all disappeared, my avatar picture disappeared, my puzzle ranking around 1600 went down to 400, and so often Server error 502. Our fault. we will look into it, or try again, system down...

Make no mistakes, I love Chess.com and playing chess liberates me but those bugs are killing me, literally.

The site has been seeing a high load, as high or higher than when Queen's Gambit was on. They're working on alleviating load and on optimizations to minimize issues.

Thank you Martin, the situation is today better, however what happened to me (see above) isn't rectified despite contacting the bug "department" so to speak. disappointing as you may understand. Warm regards.

The situation does not seem to progress, indeed it is bugging so often... Shouldn't chess.com make an official acknowledgement to reassure the few million players really playing?

It's been killing me all day. I've just got over 1000elo for the first time and now it's throwing me out of games and automatically abandoning and losing my streak.

It's no bad im afraid to play another game.

They could at least put out an official response .

It's working one minute and not the next like it's under some DDOS attack. Too many players and system can't handle it.

The charge enough to have enough power to have the planet playing!
