I am having this same problem - I've embedded games and analysis on my website for years, and suddenly none of the games are displaying correctly (exactly as you describe).
Hi,
Seems a bug maybe best to report it so it can be fixed if it's an issue

Unfortunately, that link only works for onsite bugs. This is an offsite one. But I've now sent a message to technical support. Here's hoping they can fix it.
I haven't heard back from chess.com tech support directly, but the problem appears fixed for me. Wondering if anyone else who posted here received any insight into what happened?

@erik asked some questions in another related topic and it's likely that prompted devs to look into and fix what was wrong
I've now belatedly received a reply from support:
"Thank you for reaching out to Chess.com Support on this matter. Your account was closed for a Fair Play violation. Before I help you with your issue we need to do the fair play procedure."
And so on for another ten paragraphs.
Needless to say, my account hasn't been closed at all.
Well, at least technical seem competent, even if support aren't.
I've used this feature for my chess blog. There now seems to be a problem with it. The game boards are still there, but the moves have disappeared. So essentially it's just a blank board with the game details at the top.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? And whether it is currently being resolved?
