Online chess : chess pieces missing and cannot make a move

Okay it was all fine but suddenly when one day i was checking my online chess,

the pieces wouldn't display itself. What I get was an empty board with no pieces, no moves, nothing..

I tried changing browser like from google chrome to mozilla to internet explorer.

Nah it's all the same. Anyone know why ?

This happens to me sometimes. If you press CTRL-F5 does it do any good?

Switching browsers usually works for me, but you say you've tried that.

There's been a change in the last couple days. I now have to set my Mozilla browser NoScript settings to allow java.com whereas I never had to do that before. See if you can just allow java.com or if you have to open your security settings a bit.

[edit: most any browser will allow you to add a site to a safe list. NoScript lets me make temporary allowances.]

Where do i allow Java?

Ok nvm I think Java is allowed since i checked the options in google chrome

Now the problem will be with the Java or ? And How am I going to solve that ?

I restarted my computer ( that's what you meant by reboot right )

It's still the same...

 I don't know how tightly your browser's security is set. It sounds like you may also have to allow chess.com and chesscomfiles.com . I need to allow chess.com and chesscomfiles.com to see any type of demo or game board. Now I also have to allow java.com to play the computer.
 The site probably did some restructuring and now some things run differently. No big deal. I just adapt.

Do you use a work computer? shared public computer or home pc?

Are you using an internet usb stick?

Home PC, my live chess has no problem, but if i want to view past games, the chess pieces wouldn't appear. There's modem and yeah I don't think the problem is the internet...

Are you able to see board and pieces in current games you're playing? or is it just games history where  you can't see them?

In the current games of online chess, there is nothing on the board. Also, whenever i want to load maybe like the puzzle of the day chess board, it just loads forever and doesn't appear.

I deleted past history and even tried using another computer. The screen is also blank. I think there's a glitch or bug or something. Can some mods check it out ? I only got 7 hours left before i lose automatically. Which means after i go to bed and wake up, it's game over...

You're showing as having 4 current games, all of them having 2 days to move. Which games are you seeing 7 hours on?
