There is a setting in your online chess settings that claims wins on time automatically, if this is not ticked, you have to claim them. The option to claim them is at the bottom right of your game screen.

Thank you for posting and trying to help, but that auto-win on time setting is ticked so the problem isn't in it. I already won a few games on time without having to do anything, I just win when the time runs out, but this one won't end.

Looks like the game is frozen. It happens occasionally (e.g. frozen-game3, game-frozen2, board-not-updating-in-online-game). Best to raise a support call for it (via the Help & Support link at the bottom of the page).
My opponent has only a few minutes left to make his move. This is the second day that it shows a few minutes left and those minutes won't pass for some reason, so I can't win on time. He is not on vacation, at least it doesn't say he is.
Help, please.
