Online Timer Bug?

I could be wrong, but it seems like the timer isn't properly counting down for online chess games recently.  I've got a few tournament games that'll be at 2 days, count down to about 41 hours remaining, and jump back up to 2 days.  I'm pretty sure vacation isn't being used as the games in question all say 'waiting' instead of 'vacation'.  Has anyone else noticed this? and sorry if this has been posted elsewhere.

No, not in the two games in question.  Here's one of the games.  http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=43742931

Would you be able to tell when the last move was?  This game was at like 42 hours remaining about this time last night... I checked it earlier today and it was down to 26 or so, and now it's back up to 42... This particular game should go back to 7 days if conditional moves were used, not 2 days or whatever...

Your clock shows as 7 days now, your opponent is down to 35. It is your time you're questioning yes ? not his ?

No, I think the problem is with his time.  Can you tell when my last move was?  Because I think it was more than 7 days ago.

The timestamp on your message (where he had 35 hours left) was over 30 hours ago.  So he shouldn't have 26 still remaining.  Something's not right.

When their game time to move gets really low, they're sent a message letting them know they're low on time.

Auto vacation then takes 24 hours from their vacation time and adds it to the clock time on the game, and puts them on vacation mode.

So when you check the game, thats why you see it still showing more hours (plus minutes) hours remaining.

Ahh... that makes sense, except I haven't seen him go on vacation.  But I can accept that... thanks for looking into it... :)
