Opponent asking for more time on individual game

Sorry, probably an obvious link I'm missing but in an active game, how go I extend the amount of time my opponent has (they sent me a mail saying they're going away for a few days). 

I guess they could Pause / Vacation their games at their end? 

The only thing I can see to do ("settings" seems to be general, and not per game) is to uncheck the "claim victory on time expiry" notice. 

Any other more logical methods?

You cannt give them more time. They can use their vacation time if they have any. if the dont then they will lose
