Let's say a few of my friends or relatives play on my account, and they racked up a lot of loss. But let's say I'm a very good chess player, and I get my elo back by winning. Will chess.com ban me for thinking me that I "cheated"?

You are not allowed to let others use your account.

That is correct. Sharing accounts could result in account closure.
