Pieces disappearing from the board

Whenever I put forward my move during a game my pieces suddenly disappear and again appear. Can you help me out? This is happening from yesterday evening and even a re log in into my account has also not helped.

I'm getting the same when I was playing bullet chess yesterday - absolutely hopeless there!  I'm also getting an indicative problem in online chess too with all pieces briefly being replaced by the standard picture loading (or whatever it is) symbol before my move is made.  No point me trying bullet chess while I'm getting that in online chess.

I have also had this happening recently on a frequent basis (disappearing pieces).  Great new feature, it helps me practice blindfold chess.  LOL.

Does anybody know a fix? In the beginning of the game after I make a move there is no flicker. Then suddenly after every move the piece dissapears for a couple of seconds. The longer the game last the longer a piece I just moved is invisible. Same when the opponent makes a move. Sometimes he takes a piece and I can still see my own piece at the position for up to 30 seconds. I think a slow internet connection makes this problem even worse. Does it do a reload after every move or so?

Don't put your pieces on attacked squares and they won't disappear from the board.

EMPTYING THE CACHE OF YOUR BROWSER OR RESTARTING YOUR BROWSER SHOULD FIX THIS PROBLEM...IT WORKED FOR ME
