Yesterday, I experienced the same problem. Suddenly the board no longer follows the game in progress. Somebody must have changed the programming or something because we guys are having the same problem. Please help IT/Support.

Right. New move makes sound and switches active clock, but board doesn't change unless I hit f5.
Cleared all chess.com cookies. Rebooted. Problem still there.
For me, this problem is when watching live chess. TT is OK: the puzzle moves the pieces when it should. But for watching the GMs play live, chess.com is for now dead.
Yes I also have the same issue
I found a work around for the time being. Not ideal , but , if you click in the moves list , and hold the right arrow key down on your keyboard, the game will advance almost as normal.

Same issue is there anyway to talk to somebody about this since there are no solutions here?????

Unfortunately, regardless of which browser I am in, the pieces are not moving while watching Live Chess games (GM games for example). The notation appears, and I have to manually skip forward to see the moves, which obviously makes the viewing experience less than optimal. The piece-move sound still plays, but since I have to manually skip forward, I hear the sound 2 times for each move. I have been using chess.com for watching chess for a long time now, and this has never happened before. I can't enjoy watching top games anymore and it's a bit frustrating. Any advice on how to resolve the issue?
