Platinum member, still limited access to game analysis

I purchased a platinum membership in late December. I still seem to be limited to one game analysis per day. The analysis screen pops up a call to action to upgrade to a paid membership (which I have, I've confirmed by checking my account status).

Is there anything I need to do differently to be able to utilize the game analysis more than once a day? It was my primary reason for upgrading (other than also wanting to support the site).

The screenshot above is from the IOS chess app and shows "unlimited analysis" as part of all subscriptions which conflicts with what is shown on the web site. I made the purchase selection based on what I saw (and still see) on the IOS app.

Thank you, all, for the help. I've used the link Martin provided above to file a support ticket, I didn't realize this was community support only, but it was still helpful to track down the issue.

I'm 100% sure that is what the IOS app shows, it was a screenshot I took just a few minutes ago and have been seeing every day since late December. It's almost like it's mocking me happy.png

Yeah, had you purchased through the app, that's what you should have received. If you purchased through the website, you would get what's shown on the website.

That's rough. I did all of my research on the iPad but may have actually executed the upgrade from the PC. As a consumer, it seems a little harsh to have differing service levels for the same subscription level based on which device you purchase from, given that the service is usable across platforms.

My understanding is the site may be transitioning plans, so eventually everything will align, if nothing changes before then.
