maybe chess.com updated and availed it to diamond only, or you didnt pay, ask support if you experience harder problems like this.
Platinum Membership not working
I have Platinum membership and it does not give me unlimited game review. It says I only have one daily. I messaged support and got a copy and paste reply that did not address my issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have logged out and logged back in and still no changes.
If you got the auto-reply and it didn't say it was transferring to staff, then you need to continue the conversation until it offers to transfer to staff.
