I was on the verge of asking kohai to lock it anyway, as it had served its purpose.
I suspect it was locked as after kohai stated "I've emailed erik with a link" and "this problem is being addressed", it was no longer relevant.
Mysteriously though, both of kohai's later posts have since completely disappeared. The quotes made above are from memory.
