Points doesn't count after resignation?

When I play 1 min game, I developed opening where if player plays to quick lose quen in 2-3rd move. Most of them then resign.

What I noted is that my points don't increase then. Why?

White must play his 4th move before a game counts for rating.

I wish, I knew this before, there were like 20 rated resigned games and it involves very risky opening for this, where I eventualy also lost games.

But ok, will adjust opening, just don't know why there is such a rule.

There is a minimum number of moves for a rating increase.
