It appears that you were actually the one to lose connection to the Live Chess which made it appear as if the opponent abandoned the game when they were actually still on the game.

Was in the middle of winning the game, guy abandon and let the time lapse, been waiting for more than 15 min.when time expired my rating was less by 11 points instead . How did this happen?
