I don't see any options to modify the starting positions in the settings when preparing to begin a game against any of the computers, so I don't think it's possible for the standard user to do it.

You can setup a position with the analysis board and then click on the "Finish vs Computer" button:
If you want to change the rating strength of the computer, click on the "Change Bot" button:
Set the computer rating with the range slider:
