Same with gold membership. It says that I already purchased the item but it's letting me use it
Premium Membership not working

I currently bought a premium platinum membership however I can't use nay of the features of the membership and the app just asks if I want to try premium
If you purchased through one of the apps, it requires some manual steps by staff to apply to the account. If you don't see it applied in a few days, you should open a support ticket.

I've been using Magnus Chess Academy on my Android device (login: SledToSled) and I have paid $6.49 for the Premium subscription but after Google charged my card the premium content still was not enabled for me (I am getting the message that I need Premium subscription for which I've already paid).
