Upgraded on ios app which shows membership expires in 2022 , but app still runs as an unpaid app

Purchases through the apps take some manual steps by staff, and it could take longer if the email on the app store account is different than the one on your chess.com account.
Same thing is happening to me. What do I do?
Bought the premium diamond but it doesn’t allow me the full access. For example I tried to do a puzzle ans it asked me to upgrade. Same if I try to play a computer but many of the bots are still locked. I logged out and logged back in but still no access help!
