Premove glitch

On mobile when people premove, my game gets stuck and it doesn't show me that my opponent moves yet my time ticks down and I am unable to move causing me to timeout. I have lost 2 games to this bug. Please fix this. Thanks!

You need to report it as a bug directly to staff with information like oh, the type of mobile (Android or Apple) and probably the version you are running. On the browser it's just Help>report a bug. Must be something similar. Good luck!
