I don't know if this is a problem with schoolschoolschool.com or just chess.com in general, but could someone fix this?
The last online is the last login event. Some connections log in once and never do again. The apps work that way.
It doesn't matter which domain you use, they all load the exact same data.

You'll have to use the Apple login option from an Apple device.
You could contact Support directly to assign a password by the account as well.
