I had this issue as well. I was dropped from 4400 puzzle rating to 400. I’m trying to contact support to help fix the issue but it has no been resolved yet.

@horvathady The image shows your puzzle journey points. You can change this to the old puzzle rating by disabling the first setting at https://www.chess.com/settings/gameplay?section=puzzles
