Mine too. I was hanging around 2300 for ages. I just touched 3000 last night and the puzzles I can see in my stats are all 800-1900, never above 2000. Just farming +5’s! The ratings lowered on the 23rd August on my phone for me. It’s boring now 83% accuracy in the last 7 days. Didn’t pay for unlimited puzzles for this.

Try changing your puzzle Difficulty setting to Hard or Extra Hard
Months later, still broken. Its not very encouraging considering this is basically the only useful paid feature on the site.

I used to play puzzles all the time, now they are way too easy. Hardly play them anymore, took all the fun out for me. They used to be a great teaching tool.

With the new puzzles rating system (explained here: https://www.chess.com/news/view/announcing-new-puzzles-rating-system), you can change the puzzles difficulty in https://www.chess.com/settings/gameplay. If you choose "Difficulty = Standard", the system proposes puzzles that are too easy. But if you choose "Difficulty = Extra Hard", the system should propose puzzles close to your puzzles rating.
Changing difficulty setting to hard or extra hard doesn't seem to do anything on phone or computer. They're all too easy
Looks like your last session was close to 50% pass rate.
