That figures. I was afraid he had foresaw all my moves and I was just playing against a single line of conditional moves. 
Is there a way to conceal one's online status? I am only curious because I recently played a correspondence game against an opponent who never seemed to be logged in (the indicator was missing), yet replied in regular intervals while I was still gazing at the board. It probably wasn't him playing conditonal moves either. Does playing by mobile affect the status indicator?
