Rapid is 50-50, Blitz isn't

Hey,

I played:

Blitz: 354 with white, 362 with black
Rapid: 558 with white, 559 with black

Rapid is always consistent, but I can't play equally both pieces during Blitz games. I can shorten it to a 4-game difference but it's always jump back to 7-9-difference. One I had a 11-game differences for black pieces which is huge.

I know I can't play chess properly but I feel it gets difficult with the bug in the "50-50 maker machine" algorythm.

How can I fix this? I need more white, equal games.

I haven't really paid attention to this before, but now that i checked my statistics i noticed that i've played 15 more games as black in blitz, and 12 more as black in rapid. That's weird..

The system is random, so you can get gaps. It will tend towards being balanced though. There's nothing you can do but play more games.

Yes, Rapid is always in balance, Blitz is never. But if somebody has unbalanced Blitz, too then his problem is bigger.

I'm playing more but I feel that not playing enough with white makes my stats wrong although I had a tiny step having more victorious black games than lost. For half a day... never mind, then I'll just get used to it.

Thanks for your comments.

I wonder if this is caused by a minority of blitz players aborting games as soon as they see they have the black pieces?

The problem is that when I start a new game, the algorythm gets me a white opponent in less than 5 seconds. But I can wait, so if it takes 15 seconds to get a black opponent for the balance, then I'll wait. But the program doesn't care and gets it immediately.
