The lack of a response to my bug reports or this post is quite telling. Chess.com has a serious glitch with its statistics calculations which undermines their accuracy and therefore the value of the site. I am starting to seriously reconsider the value of being a paid member with such inadequate support and ongoing, repeated faults.
Rapid Stats have been inaccurate for weeks. Bug reported several times. No change.

I've followed all the correct processes for reporting bugs. I've reported this issue on here before. But really, after now months of having inaccurate rapid stats, it isn't really good enough for there to be no correction and no explanation. Can someone answer these questions:
1. Why are my rapid stats consistently inaccurate?
2. Can they actually be corrected?
3. If so, what more can I do to have them corrected?
4. If I reported the problem weeks ago, why haven't they been corrected?
