Oh, that's so strange! I am sorry. I had such error for one puzzle only when I had bad internet few times. And it's really strange that no one answered you from admins.
Rated Puzzles Not Registering

I've contacted them again today but I'm not getting my hopes up. It doesn't matter which device I use the puzzles don't register. I don't expect them to get back to me.

My rated puzzles hasn't been registering since July 11, 2023.
Nobody from Chess.com has gotten back to me. I tried to report a bug in the system but it won't let me. Can anyone please give me advice on what to do? It would be fun to try the rated puzzles again. I even bought the membership again in the hopes that would help but the puzzles are still broken. Has this happened to anyone else?
How and where are you attempting them?
Website? One of the apps (iOS or Android)?
I know that on the website, there's a bug where the first puzzle of any session isn't counted at all, but subsequent ones in the session are.

In looking at your stats, you've been doing Custom/unrated puzzles successfully.
It's the rated puzzles that are not counting or showing up. I was just contacted by chess.com and they told me about the bug in the system so I will try multiple puzzles to see if any of the puzzles register. Thanks for your message.
