Refund

My membership renewed when I didn't want it to so I immediately (same day) contacted the online chatbot and asked for a refund. This was on 24 December. Nothing has happened. I took screenshots of the conversation but the chatbot is refusing to talk about this further. Can anyone help, please?

Please post the screenshots where you asked for a refund and where the chatbot is refusing to discuss it any further.

Start a new discussion, be sure to choose the billing refund/related option

Ok, I finally got a response and it looks as though it'll be sorted. Having decided that chess is not a game for me, I found myself having to play a game of chess to get my refund!
