Is anyone here from chess.com support staff, I've been having some problems with my refund process for more than 2 months. They've asked me for my Ethereum wallet address even though I bought the subscription using btc, after saying it will processed within some days a week passed and when I said I still didn't get the amount, they replied to me like 'our crypto specialist said to me that we can only send btc to you' I was confused but still sent it, then they asked for a proof that I made the transaction in the first place even my subscription was cancelled weeks ago and they can just access it through my info, then after a week or so, I said them its been long but you still haven't refunded me yet kind of a message and they said they were really sorry and asked for my btc wallet address again, I sent it and after some days they cant refund me in crypto and gave me two options you can either send your paypal account (knowing I am in a country where PayPal doesn't work) or they can get my membership even though I said I'm sure Im done with chess.
From the message above you can see me as someone who wants money bad, but as a customer, I think you should refund me for a thing that I didnt use and besides in my country this amount is some pretty good money.
Also how your crypto specialist works so well when it comes to issuing a purchase with crypto, but cant refund me in crypto
If you think Im lying just contact me, I can send you all the emails and its still not late to refund me even its been months because of your customer service
