Refund Request Follow-Up

I accidentally did not cancel my free trial and was charged for an entire year. I sent a refund request 2 days ago but have yet to receive a response. I also did not receive any confirmation of the ticket I submitted. Is there somewhere where know the status of my refund request?

Then they will get to you. It can take a few days, due to a lot of tickets.
